The first step is to check that I'm available on your wedding date. Once we've confirmed that, we'll arrange a relaxed video chat.
This is a completely obligation-free conversation, a chance for us to get to know each other, chat about your wedding plans, and answer any questions you might have. Finding the right celebrant is an important part of your day, so it's just as important that we both feel we're the right fit.
If you decide you'd love me to be part of your special day, a non-refundable booking fee of $500 will secure your wedding date.
From there, I'll guide you through every step of the journey, from completing your marriage paperwork and understanding the legal requirements, to creating a ceremony that's uniquely yours. We'll explore your ceremony vision, personalize every detail, and work through your vows together, ensuring you feel relaxed, supported, and excited every step of the way.
Creating your ceremony
No two love stories are ever the same, which is why every ceremony I create is thoughtfully written from scratch to reflect the heart of your relationship and the unique personalities that make you you.
Around three weeks before your wedding, we'll meet over a coffee (or via video call if that's easier) for your pre-wedding meeting. Together, we'll chat through your Ceremony Questionnaire, but more importantly, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll learn about your journey, your connection, and all the little moments that have brought you to this chapter.
From there, I'll blend your story with my experience to craft a ceremony that feels authentically yours, one that's meaningful, heartfelt, joyful, and filled with moments you and your guests will remember long after the day is over..
On the day
The day you've been dreaming of is finally here, and my role is to make sure your ceremony feels effortless, relaxed, and truly unforgettable.
I'll arrive 45 minutes before your ceremony begins to liaise with your vendors, welcome your guests, and ensure everything is in place. I'll guide your wedding party through the final moments before the ceremony, helping to settle any nerves and making sure everyone feels confident and ready.
When it's time to begin, you can simply be present with each other. I'll lead your ceremony with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, creating a heartfelt experience that reflects you, and your love story.
Once the ceremony has concluded, I'll ensure all of the legal marriage documentation is completed and submitted, leaving you free to soak up every moment of your celebration.
The Rehearsal
Whether or not you'd like a rehearsal is entirely your choice, but I highly recommend including one, and the good news is, it's all part of my service.
A rehearsal is the perfect opportunity to walk through your ceremony together, ensuring everything flows seamlessly on the day. It gives you and your wedding party the chance to feel comfortable, confident, and relaxed, knowing exactly where to be and what to expect.
I recommend holding your rehearsal the day before your wedding, ideally at the same time as your ceremony. This helps everyone become familiar with the timing, lighting, and layout of your venue, allowing you to arrive on your wedding day feeling calm, prepared, and ready to soak up every moment.
And just like that… you’re married.

Cost
My cost reflects my time, effort and quality of the professional service I deliver. I have an All Inclusive set cost of $1,100 plus travel.
